Hey guys! Don't forget Thursday at 6pm is abs with Dance2Fit With Chelsea followed by dance class at 645pm! This Saturday we will have spin class at 9am with Shakira! We have some of the best rates and an awesome variety of workout options for everyone! Check us out! Locally owned, not one of those mega corporation gyms!
