At Hickory Falls Health & Rehabilitation, one of our favorite summer recipes is blueberry pie! Special thanks to our resident, Linda M., for sharing her recipe with us! 🥧
Ingredients:
Homemade pie crust or premade
6 cups fresh blueberries
2/3 cups granulated sugar
¼ all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Splash of ground cinnamon
Splash of lemon juice
Unsalted better cut into cubes
Bake at 425 degrees for 25 mins. Then reduce to 375 degrees for another 40-50 mins or until center of pie is bubbling.
Let cool and serve with or without vanilla ice cream.
