HillCountry MFR My Name is Shannon Nicole. I have been practicing Massage Therapy since 1993. In February of 2003 I attended Planet Yoga and became a certified Yoga Instructor.

Offering nearly 30 years experience in Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release MFR, Yoga, MFR Yoga, Assisted Stretch, Muscle Conditioning, Strength Training and Theta Healing. I began my training at The Institute of Psycho Structural Balancing in Santa Monica and completed my training at their Culver City location with nearly 1000 hours of education. In my three years at IPSB I studied Level 1 Massage, Advanced Circulatory Massage, Acupressure, Tai Chi, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Anatomy 1&2, Pathology, Hydrotherapy, Human Energy Systems, Polarity, and Deep Tissue Massage. I began my career working as an Onsite Chair Massage Therapist at Steven Spielberg’s executive offices. My career has taken me to Chiropractor offices, Day Spas, Trade Shows and Concert Venues, and around the globe as the primary well health provider for artists, musicians, dancers and road crew. I have an extensive background in Chequette Ballet, Tap and Modern Dance which gave birth to my love for anatomy and the healing arts.
