You’re not imagining it.

Spring brings:

🌿 Increased allergens
🌿 Changes in pressure + weather
🌿 More inflammation + histamine response

But here’s what most people don’t realize 👇

Free weights can load your body the same way through the entire movement —even in positions where your joints are most vulnerable.

Before you take another pain reliever… try this first 👇

This point is called P6 (Neiguan) — located about 3 finger widths down from your wrist, centered between the tendons.

It’s commonly used to help with:

✨ tension headaches (especially from stress + screen time)

✨ nausea / upset stomach

✨ motion sickness, pregnancy nausea, and morning sickness

✨ nervous system overload (that “wired but exhausted” feeling)

You might feel a little tenderness when you press — that’s normal.

⚠️ This isn’t for every type of pain.

It won’t fix structural issues or deeper chronic patterns — but it can help take the edge off when your body is under stress.

And that’s the key 👇

If your symptoms keep coming back, there’s usually a deeper stress pattern in the nervous system.
