A Mermaid's Tail (Tale) I was walking on the beach this morning. My plan was to mindfully meander. Step into the waves; walk the sand; take my time and not measure the distance.

A glistening shell caught my eye. It looked like a mermaid tail inside. Then this whole story came to me about how the mermaid needed to shed her tail to grow a bigger one.

It's timely because I was talking to a business coach yesterday about potential next steps I could take. I slept on her questions to me and am now clearer on how and where I want my herbal products to show up. Small batch. Personal contact - or at least only one step removed at a local business or professional.

And as i walked the surf, I went a little deeper in the ocean. I only went deep enough that I didn't lose sight of my feet. Grounded in the gentle movement of the waves.

Again Nature informs and blesses me with her gifts.

I painted heaven and earth to anchor "above and below". I put myself right in the center as a sovereign person. Top right are the Pleiades. Every piece has a personal meaning. And then I intentionally left lots of open space. We never know how or what things will show up to be included!

I have been taught to harvest dandelion roots in the Fall for medicinal purposes. Add the additional teaching that we harvest roots around the new moon. Here is my newest "crop" which I will use in my liver support product which I have called "Love My Liver". Did youknow that with allergies (seasonal or otherwise) we need to start with the liver?
