January’s Wellness Wednesday Class!!! We are excited to have this collaboration with a wonderful occupational therapist who has special education in geriatric supports. 

We are collaborating with Options, and the Older Adult Behavioral Health Initiative - Josephine County to bring the Mobility and Stability workshop out to the community. This workshop includes education around fall prevention as well as a movement based practice to improve strength, mobility, and balance.

Join us January 7th from 2pm-4pm at the Josephine County Resource Center.
