I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing mental health services to individuals residing in the state of Oregon, and coaching services for individuals throughout the US. My counseling approach is integrative with an emphasis on Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, and solution-focused aspects. My strategies are strengths-based, and I aim to empower as well as educate, using collaborative problem-solving to creatively work with you to develop goals toward your own personal growth and healing journey!
