🔥 365 Days of Andrew 🔥

He came to Encompass as a DSP, and in just one year he’s blown the roof off expectations. Now he’s running our Skills Empowerment Program and managing our DSA services like a straight-up powerhouse.

Andrew isn’t just a manager — he’s the guy who rewrites the playbook. He’s got the grit, the grind, and the guts to make big things happen, and he’s doing it all while keeping it real.

At Encompass, we don’t do boring. We don’t do average. We do bold, we do creative, we do unstoppable. And Andrew? He’s all of that wrapped into one. 🤘

🎲✨ Roll for Initiative, Adventurers! ✨🐉

Every other Thursday, the Encompass adventuring party assembles: dice thunder across the tables, character sheets sprawl like battle maps, and epic sagas are forged in real time. From crit successes to failed saving throws, every session is pure magic.

A huge thank you to our incredible facilitator, Justin Hull ⚔️📜. He conjures the worlds, wrangles the rules, and guides our party through peril and wonder alike. Without his storytelling, we’d all still be stuck arguing over marching order at the dungeon entrance.

So, polish your armor, prep your spell slots, and bring your best roleplay—because every other Thursday night, the campaign continues. All classes, levels, and alignments welcome.

🌟 A big thank you to our amazing staff who represented Encompass Person Centered at the Grants Pass Active Club’s Adopted Child Golf Tournament! ⛳️💚

Each year, the Active Club selects one or two local children with critical medical needs and rallies behind them with year-long support. We are proud to stand alongside such a meaningful cause and be part of a community that shows up for kids and families when they need it most. 🙌

If you’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting Brother, you know he’s more than just a dog—he’s a companion, a source of comfort, and a local legend. Whether at work or around town, Brother has a way of bringing joy to everyone he meets.

His owner, Justin, is an incredible person himself. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Justin Hull dedicates his life to helping adults with disabilities live fuller, more independent lives. He’s someone who gives so much to others, and now he needs a little help in return.

Right now, Brother is facing serious health challenges. He has an ongoing sinus infection, and while antibiotics have helped, they’re only a temporary fix. His next steps include a sinus flush, and if that doesn’t provide answers, further testing like a rhinoscopy and CT scan will be needed. Justin is doing everything possible to get him the care he needs, but the costs are overwhelming.

Brother has been there for so many of us—now it’s our turn to be there for him and Justin. If you can, please consider donating to his GoFundMe to help with medical expenses. Every little bit counts, and even if you can’t donate, sharing this post would mean the world.

Let’s come together to support a dog that’s brought so much happiness to our community and a person who dedicates his life to doing the same. Thank you all for your kindness and support!
