Once upon a time...a very different me a very long time ago...I, too, was stuck in a self-defeating mindset. I had no idea how to get past it but I knew I needed to if I wanted to get to that more free, confident place in life and career. Then I stumbled onto this life coaching thing. I was able to free my mind from the limiting thoughts and beliefs that held me back. Set small attainable goals and forever changed my world! Today I have the wonderful life I always dreamed of! Married the most awesome man who also life coaches by my side! (He's the most amazing & talented musician!) Have 8 terrific kids! And I am changing the world one life at a time just through Life Coaching. The biggest reward for me is seeing other's lives transformed into the best life they could have ever imagined!
