Thank you all for such a beautiful circle last night! A warm welcome to newcomers and it fills our cups to see so many long standing friends. Hearing whats happening in the stars and sharing and holding space for each other is building the community we’ve always dreamed of. Thank you all for sharing flowers from your gardens (litterally and figuratively), taking bouquets home was the cherry on top.

Frequency Therapy treatment includes:

PEMF copper coil mat: Sitting on this mat while its generating frequencies can help with cellular healing, depression/anxiety, and sleep. When sleep frequencies are selected, every 10 minutes on the mat is equivalent to 1 hour of deep REM sleep.
