Chrysalis Holy Yoga

Chrysalis Holy Yoga Experiential Worship. Bold Jesus. Grace-filled Yoga Instruction. Authentic Community. There is often a misunderstanding that yoga is a religion, it is not.

Holy Yoga is the intentional practice of connecting our entire being; body, mind and spirit with God; the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. With complete reliance on God's Word and prayer, Holy Yoga invites us to surrender and introduces us to Grace. When we breathe and move and have our being in Christ, we find ourselves in the flow of His magnificence. Yoga is a spiritual discipline, much like prayer

, fasting and meditation. Yoga has the capacity to enhance our personal beliefs and faith. We practice with our minds set on whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent or praiseworthy (Phil 4:8); not with our minds emptied. We meditate on the wisdom of God's Word (Psalm 119:9-16, 26-27); not on man's wisdom. We seek the transcendence and glory of God; not our own. Statements of Faith

We believe there is only one God, whom exists for all eternity in three persons; the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4, Revelation 1:8)

We believe that God has revealed Himself to us both through His creation and His Word. (Romans 1:20, Hebrews 1:3)

We believe God continues to reveal Himself to His people through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 8:9, John 16:13-14, 1Corinthians 2:12-14, 2 Corinthians 6:16)

We believe that there is only one way to God, through His Son, Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 43:10-13, John 14:6)

We believe that God made forgiveness and redemption available to all whom accept Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. (1TImothy 2:3-4, John 3:16-18, 1 Corinthians 15:3-5)

We believe the Bible is absolute truth. It is the divinely authored and authoritative Word of God. It is complete in its current canonical form. (2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21, Luke 24:27)

We believe that those who are His will be made known by their love for God and for all people. (Mark 12:30, John 13:34-35)

Monday is not something to dread—it’s a gift to embrace.

A fresh week means fresh grace, fresh strength, and fresh opportunities to walk in purpose. Before the busyness begins, take a deep breath and thank God for the blessing of a brand new day.

Move your body. Quiet your mind. Rejoice in the simple gift of being here.

“This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” — Psalms 118:24

New day. New mercies. New reasons to trust Him.

Sometimes we feel behind.
Behind in healing.
Behind in growth.
Behind in the dreams we thought would happen by now.

But God is never late.

Even in seasons of waiting, He is still writing your story with purpose, grace, and perfect timing. What feels delayed may actually be divine preparation.

Take a deep breath today and trust that what He has planned for you is still unfolding beautifully.

Some seasons feel uncertain.
Some prayers feel unanswered.
And sometimes we wonder if God is still working behind the scenes.

But this is your reminder today: He has not forgotten you.

The same God who planted purpose inside of you is faithful to complete what He started. Every blessing, every setback, every quiet season is still part of His beautiful plan.

Breathe deeply. Trust His timing. Release the pressure to have it all figured out.

When life feels heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming… pause and remember who holds you.

God has not asked you to carry everything alone. He promises His presence in every burden, His strength in every weakness, and His peace in every storm.

Today, stretch what feels tight, release what feels heavy, and rest in the truth that you are fully supported by the One who never lets go.

Fear may knock, but it doesn’t get to stay.

God has already placed within you everything you need to face today with courage — His power to overcome, His love to steady your heart, and His peace to quiet your mind.

Take a deep breath, release what you cannot control, and step forward in faith knowing you are fully equipped for whatever lies ahead.

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7

Take a deep breath and remember just how faithful God has been.

Even on ordinary days, His blessings surround us in ways we often overlook.

Take a moment today to breathe, stretch, and reconnect with the One who gives life its true balance.

When we slow down and seek His presence, we find peace, strength, and joy for the journey ahead.

“You make known to me the path of life; in Your presence there is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” - Psalm 16:11

Sometimes the greatest strength we can show is simply being still and trusting God.

He is already working on our behalf.

Stress can slowly chip away at our hope, our belief, and even our faith.

But God gently reminds us that we never carry life’s burdens alone.

do not be dismayed, for I am your God.”-Isaiah 41:10
