This office has been so good to me. It has honestly kept me grounded in many different seasons of my life. I wanted to create and have a space that brought peace and people wanted to be in, and I know I accomplished that. So thankful for everyone who came and received muscular therapy when I was here. I even had a long time client come from Klamath Falls to see me, you guys are the best. This chapter is closing but another one is starting and I can’t wait for the expansion and impact we’re going to make in my new space.
Cheers to new things and cheers to this amazing journey we call life💙🙏🏼🍻

Over the past 5 years MuscleWorks HQ has been amazing. I’ve created a space that I along with my clients love but, life changes.
My last day at this location August 11th.
It seems sudden but this has been in the works for a little bit. I’ll be collaborating with Axis Health to provide the best and complete care I can. We want to build something really special in our valley along side other providers in our health and wellness space. With this news I will still be coming to Portland, having “pop-up” locations and seeing clients at this new office. MuscleWorks and its purpose is still the same, help people with the best quality of care.
I’ve been added to the staff to also lead and teach other professionals the skills and knowledge to makes them more effective therapists. I’ve also excited to have this opportunity to do all these things. There will be a few “clunky” changes but getting treatments with me won’t change. Please reach out if you have any questions,
I appreciate your patience and flexibility in all this transition 💙🙏🏼

Portland is in a couple weeks and I have a few spots left, hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend and didn’t get too “Patriotic” 🇺🇸🦅🍻

With working out, breaking down muscles and daily habits that keep our bodies in fixed positions it starts to glue our tissues together. Making sure that you are using a foam roller, stretching and opening our joints in all the directions that they can is so important to stay mobile, strong and pain free. When I work with different clients of all levels, the main focus is to create space between the myofascial tissues. Google how incredible and important this stuff is!

Are you one of the many people who experience neck pain and tension on a regular basis? If so, you're not alone! Neck pain is a common issue that can be caused by a variety of factors, including poor posture, stress, overuse of the muscles in the neck and upper back, and even sleeping habits. But don't worry, there are solutions to help alleviate this discomfort and strengthen your neck muscles!

Here are a few simple tips to help fix neck pain:

Be mindful of your posture: Make sure to sit up straight with your shoulders back and your head in a neutral position. When standing, distribute your weight evenly on both feet and keep your shoulders relaxed.
Reduce stress: Stress can lead to muscle tension, including in the neck and upper back. Find healthy coping mechanisms, such as exercise, meditation, or deep breathing exercises to reduce stress.
Stretch regularly: Take frequent breaks throughout the day to stretch your neck and upper back muscles. Simple stretches of your neck, shoulders and upper back shrugs can help alleviate tension and prevent further strain on these muscles.
By being proactive and taking these simple steps, you can improve your overall neck health and reduce your risk of experiencing discomfort and pain. So, start implementing these tips into your daily routine and feel the difference in your neck and upper back muscles!
