Creative Wellness: Lotus in Bloom

Join us for a nourishing mini retreat where yoga, creativity, and ritual meet. This immersive experience begins with gentle, grounding yoga to open the body and calm the nervous system, creating space for inspiration and presence.

From there, we’ll move into a step-by-step guided Lotus flower watercolor painting, designed for all levels—no art experience needed. The lotus, a symbol of resilience, rebirth, and beauty rising from the mud, becomes both our creative muse and a reflection of your own journey.

All art supplies are included, and yes—you take home the piece you create as a keepsake of your time and intention.

We’ll sip on Blue Lotus tea, a calming and heart-opening herbal beverage traditionally used to support relaxation, intuition, and creative flow. Throughout the retreat, you’ll be invited to slow down, connect inward, and express yourself freely in a supportive, cozy environment.
