Open 70 years today, 365 days a year, and Aunty Doris has never taken a day off. You can always find her in her red-and-white palaka shirt with her hair just right, standing behind the tiny counter of the store that her father named after her when she was younger.
Most of her customers she has known since they were babies and has watched them all grow up in upcountry Kona.
90 years old these days and still the sweetest smile with the best crack seed in town.
