IMPORTANT BILLING & PAYMENT UPDATE

Due to changes under new ownership, the following payment policies are now in effect:

Every insurance is different. The new changes may not effect everyone.

Copays
Each service now requires its own copay based on your insurance benefits.
Previously, when receiving both chiropractic and massage services on the same visit, only one copay was collected.
Example if both services are completed on the sane day:
Chiropractic Adjustment Copay: $25
Massage Therapy Copay: $25
Total Due at Time of Service: $50

Patient Balances After Insurance
Previously, if your insurance left a patient balance that was higher than our cash-pay rate, the balance was discounted to the cash-pay amount.
This discount will no longer be applied. All patient responsibility amounts determined by insurance are due in full.

Insurance Responsibility
Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits, including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance.
Patients may choose whether to use insurance or opt for our cash-pay rates.

We are pleased to welcome Dereck Shaw, a licensed acupuncturist specializing in Japanese-style acupuncture. With over 15 years of experience, Dereck provides gentle and effective treatments for pain relief, stress reduction, and overall wellness. He is currently accepting Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, as well as cash, credit card, or check payments. Appointments are 1 hour for $89 without insurance. We are working to expand his insurance billing capabilities in the near future.
