Join us for Illuminating Holistic Nursing Practice: Mindfulness and Self-Compassion as Professional Skills for Sustainable Care with Kathryn Mae, RN, BSN, CHPN, C-IAYT.

This session examines mindfulness and self-compassion as evidence-based professional competencies that support attention, emotional regulation, resilience, and therapeutic presence in healthcare settings. Participants will engage in brief, clinically feasible practices and reflective exercises designed to integrate into the nursing workday.
