We provide in-home supports to our clients with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). We are Oregon's premier Community Living Supports Agency.

We are now accepting new clients and always interested in speaking to potential new team members with a passion to assist and support others. The name Rever Grand literally means, “Dream Big” in French. The Partners of Rever Grand have big dreams and our client's and employees, are part of those dreams. Our dream was not to be the first Community Living Supports Agency in Oregon, our dream is to be the best. And we not only dream big for our clients, our dream includes our employee as well. We dreamt of a revolution, and together, we will change everything. Born amidst the chaos of an ever-changing landscape of State regulations, budget constraints and poorly conceived union negotiations, Rever Grand was forged by a partner group with 50 years of combined experience leading successful businesses, treating each client as if they were the only client and managing employees who loved their jobs and were treated like extended family. We know our employees dreams, are just as important as our client’s dreams, and we intend to make everyone’s dream a reality.

"I came to Rever Grand to make a difference. After moving to the Grants Pass area the end of May of 2024, I wanted to do something different and that I could feel good about at the end of every day. I stumbled upon a job posting for the position and applied. I researched the company and realized that this could be what I was looking for.

After interviewing for the position, I was sure that I wanted to work for this amazing company. Once I started, I realized the amazing team that I get to work with is something that one rarely finds. My team truly cares and we work together towards a common goal and help each other as needed to ensure that the individuals that we help every day are kept safe and have the best quality of life that they can have.

I truly enjoy coming to work and the entire Rever Grand team works hard to make a difference day in and day out."

Caitlyn and Joshua (along with their family DSPs) donated a combination of sleepbags, hooded thermal blankets and 60 hospital thermal blankets to help the houseless population that their home church serves!

Today's featured person is: Kimberly P

"After returning to my hometown (Grants Pass) after being away for over 20 years, I was searching for a reputable workplace where I continue helping people, even if it was in a small way (this is my passion). I worked for the last several years in the medical field and wanted something new that had meaning and purpose.

I have a family member who also works at Rever Grand, and she too needed change from the medical world. She could not say enough positive things about Rever Grand, so I looked further into what they were about - I was impressed!

After I got settled into my new home I applied. I have enjoyed being part of this work family ever since. This has been the most amazing environment; we work hard but also have so much fun! Rever Grand has by far been my best employer and I plan to continue this journey and help in anyway that I can. "

"I have always worked in a healthcare setting, caring for others. I worked in the medical field for over 18 years. I conquered working through the Covid pandemic in the hospital. Shortly after that, I was looking for a change in setting. I wanted to be able to still work with the community, as it’s always been my passion caring for others.

I had friends who worked with Rever Grand, and they mentioned how great of a company it was to work for. This was something I was interested in continuing my career working with the community while helping individuals and families. I feel very blessed to have been given the opportunity to help be part of the change at Rever Grand and continue my career with such a great company.

Rever Grand has been one of the best places to work. We are like one big family. I’ve met some amazing people, Families and Coworkers. I love working with such a great team of people, all while we have the same goals and compassion in taking care of our community and those in it. "
