New Hope Wellness & Healing Arts Welcome to New Hope Wellness & Healing Arts. I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge of Health & Well People that have opened my mind and heart to amazing truths.

I am so blessed to have had the opportunity throughout my life to be exposed to some very knowledgeable and wise teachers. I feel called now, by God to share what I have learned. Whether it is in a yoga class, water fitness class, meditation class, at an essential oils event or just hanging out with friends. Everyone has the right to live a healthy, secure, and purposeful life, let me share with you my knowledge and expertise to achieve this.

Series 2 begins this week - we have room for more 4 & 5-year-olds!
Children's Yoga helps kids to:
-Develop body awareness
-Learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way
-Manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation, and -healthy movement
-Build concentration
-Increase their confidence and positive self-image
-Feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group
-Have an alternative to tuning out through constant attachment to electronic devices
