Southwest Home Care has been offering in-home health care to those who qualify under the Energy Employee Occupational Illness Program (EEOICPA) – DOL .

Recently Southwest Home Care has expanded and is now offering the Centennial Care Program (Medicaid). Southwest Home Care offers Home Health Aides, Skilled Nursing, Case Management, Private Duty Nursing, and Private Pay services. Southwest Home Care provides services for our home town of Grants including the greater surrounding areas of Cibola County and McKinley County. We are locally owned and operated by former Uranium miners. Everyone knows the old saying “Home is where the heart is”. It is also the best place to heal. It is the best place to live with comfort and dignity. There are many aspects to wellness. Wellness is dependent not only on the person’s medical needs, but the person’s spirit, their support system, their environment, and their community. People recover and are at their best at home, with their creature comforts, and their loved ones by their side. Southwest Home Care believes in providing the highest quality of healthcare to our community. A message from the family:
Berna was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer on July 23rd and she started her fight on August 16th with chemotherapy. Nearly five months later, she completed chemo and is now preparing for surgery on February 27th. Following the recovery from surgery, Berna will start radiation, and then have another surgery. It’s been an uphill climb, but it’s nothing she can’t fight through, especially with the support of her family and friends!

Please show your support and rally around Berna and her family by ordering from Pizza 9! The funds raised will help alleviate any medical expenses they've endured. Thank you and God Bless!
