Our Long-Term Care residents enjoyed a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner with their families at Minnie Hamilton Health System. 🧡🍂

The room was filled with laughter, love, and the joy of being together during this special season of gratitude. We are so thankful for the moments shared, the memories made, and the families who joined us to make the day extra meaningful.
