I want to apologize for falling away from emails and messages these last few weeks.

In the interest of being human with you, I’ll share that we had some medical and general life challenges/transitions roll through our house. Life piled up faster than I could keep up with, and I fell behind.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I’m now catching up and will be replying as quickly as I can. If you reached out and haven’t heard back, please feel free to nudge me again.

I truly value each of you and the trust you place in me. I appreciate your grace as I get back on track.

Stepping outside the office and into the wild—today I had the chance to attend a one-day conference on Adventure Therapy and experiential education. 🌲✨

Grateful for the opportunity to deepen my understanding of how nature-based and hands-on approaches can support healing, growth, and connection—especially for youth from diverse backgrounds.

Curiosity, movement, and relationship are powerful tools. Can’t wait to bring more of that spirit into the work I do. 🌿🌀
