Even if they aren’t on the table themselves, little ones benefit just by being in the room with you, soaking in the calm as your nervous system balances and regulates.

“Is it going to hurt?”

✨ The short answer: No, not usually.

At The Chiro Co., we use gentle, nervous system-based adjustments designed to help your body restore balance without creating stress.

You might feel mild soreness afterward, especially if your nervous system has been under chronic strain. It’s kind of like a “feel-good hurt” similar to that post-workout ache when your body is waking up again. That feeling typically fades within a day or two. 🙌

This is a good thing. It means your body is doing what it was designed to do: adapt, regulate, and heal.
