When you sign up for your own Young Living membership/ wholesale account here is what you will get:The everyday oils kit includes 12 five ml bottles of: Lemon Vitality, Peppermint Vitality, Lavender, Frankincense, Copaiba, Thieves, Raven, Valor and DiGize, Stress Away and Peace and Calming. I realize I have been way under-using my Thieves cleaner. I already use it for my counter tops, bathrooms and floors, but yesterday I used it in my carpet cleaner. My carpet looks better than any other time I have cleaned my carpet! I just used one cap full of my Young Living Thieves concentrate in the water reservoir. I am impressed!

A fact that I learned years ago in a nursing continuing education class has stuck with me and has transformed my diet. Here's the fact: One teaspoon of sugar can compromise your immune system for 6 hours! Sugar is very inflammatory to your body. Since getting most sugar out of my diet, my gastric reflux is almost non-existent! I also very rarely get sick! Just reducing your sugar intake can help you stay healthy.

Living clean doesn't have to be overwhelming. Start small. You can replace sugary sodas or diet sodas laden with chemicals with clean filtered water with a slice of lemon. Or make it even more convenient by using a drop or two of lemon or peppermint essential oils from Young Living. It's a refreshing change for these hot summer days.
