Come meet Amanda - our stretch therapist - soon to be Massage Therapist!!!!! Meet and Greet Monday 9/29 3-6pm!!! Get on her schedule for assisted stretching…but also pre-book massages! Amanda was born and raised in Texas. She has an athletic background and has always led an active lifestyle. She was a young gymnast and trained and competed in trampoline and coached gymnastics for many years. She met her husband, Lee, in 2000 and they had three children. She dedicated the past 22 years to being an involved stay at home mom.

She has always had a passion for health and wellness and now she can dedicate her time to helping others. She is a graduate of Ashley Black’s Fascia Advancement Academy- Regenerative and Preventative Fasciology course. She is a certified stretch therapist and she will soon be a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Amanda believes in the power of natural, holistic care and she knows that massage therapy positively affects one’s physical, mental and emotional health. She looks forward to helping people improve their quality of life.

“The coolest testimonial just landed on my wall today—and it gave me goosebumps ✨” …Today I received one of the coolest framed testimonials!
Years ago, a former pro baseball player literally crawled into my office. He was not happy about how low my waiting room chairs were, and with no less than 58 bulging and herniated discs in his low back, who could blame him?

We got to work with spinal decompression, even though he admitted today that at first he thought it was a scam. (😂) Fast forward to now—he’s walking tall, (super tall) living pain-free, and telling his story with a smile.
