Release all the drama and tension created by your high stress work environment and get on the mat at 5:30pm . We'll flow with the perceived ease of the front of the house even if our muscles are working with the intensity of the back of the house during dinner rush. And just like your favorite kitchen crew, we'll blow off some steam with some drinks and help them celebrate their anniversary weekend. No forks required.
