Why is Grounding important? What even is grounding? All of these being great questions! Let’s jump in!

In simple terms, you’re connecting your body with the earth’s electrical field by contacting directly to the earth’s surface. Such as walking barefoot, being knee deep in the garden, or soaking up the sun on the beach! The idea is that our bodies are designed to flow with the earth’s natural energy fields. Have you ever noticed how great you feel when you are in nature?

When we get grounded for even 20-30 minutes a day, this simple and easy act can be highly beneficial to the body I encourage you to get out and spend some time in nature!

Ruach was amazing this morning! We had a beautiful and tender moment as we breathed past the lies that had held us back and breathed into truth. What lies have held you down? How about we breathe life into those areas and receive truth. No more fear, no more stuck, no more believing in lesser versions of ourselves. NO…we have a calling on our lives and The KING OF GLORY sets us high above the “enemies” of our destiny’s. My amazing mother sent this to me this morning. I actually tried posting it several times today and each time there had been technical difficulties ( go figure 🫠) I love how God makes everything work out for our good, and I mean EVERYTHING. So if you get entangled with past stuff remember YOU are anointed because of what you have gone through. This pic encouraged me so much today. If you have a warrior friend then remind them that their future looks bright because the past has equipped them for the greater things yet to come 💪🏽😇🙌🏽💕

I finally received my word for 2024, it’s “established”!!! I have Proverbs 24:3 to go along with it. I believe The Lord is speaking “established” over me, my family, my friends, my business, my walk with Him, His Kingdom here etc… Many of you have diligently built and I’m believing and standing with you that you will see what you have built established!

Heyyy ladies, do you feel the urge to get closer to Jesus for 2024!?! Well, I sure do, and I would love for you all to join me this Saturday - yes, THIS Saturday at 6 pm central time via Zoom for a Date Night with Jesus. We will dive into the Word of God with an emphasis on getting to KNOW HIM more on a personal level, and as a result learn to see us the way He sees us. No shame, no guilt, no more playing small. My vision it to come together with you the first Saturday of each month and "tithe" our time and affection to The Lord. I can't wait to grow with you in 2024...this is going to be gooooood!!!
