March was full of meaningful moments at NTO! From Dr. Donegan and his team sharing smiles while doing what they do best in the clinic, to celebrating community growth at the Baylor ER ribbon cutting in Keller with the Greater Keller Chamber ✂️, we loved being part of it all.

We were also proud to support the next generation of sports medicine professionals. Dr. Mulligan and Maddie, APP, hosted an incredible lab experience at Arthrex in Grapevine for Colleyville Heritage and Grapevine athletic training students, giving them hands-on exposure to advanced orthopedic techniques. 👨‍⚕️

Plus, we showed our St. Patrick’s Day spirit by wearing green ☘️ and gave back by donating stretch bands to GRACE Medical Clinic to support patients in their recovery. 💙

“I really like to run long distances. Since my early 50’s, I’ve run 35 marathons and 90 half marathons. Age has made doing those distances out of my range so I started running 10K’s (6.2 miles). 2 years ago I ran the 10K at Ft Worth’s Cowtown Marathon. The left leg gave me a lot of problems with pain in the hip and frequently losing control. I was looking for a medical solution!

I made an appointment with Dr. Donegan on a recommendation from my primary care doc. Arthritis had taken over my left hip, not the right. I was done running ☹️. Late October 2024, Dr. Donegan replaced my hip. Within a few weeks, I was walking distances. After three months, I started running. No pain! The distances built up. No pain!

The photo was taken at the Cowtown Marathon after I finished the 10K on February 28, 2026. 16 months after surgery. Over 12,000 steps! No pain! Thank you Dr. Donegan. To me, it’s something I never expected I would ever be able to do again. BTW, I’m 79 years old! Will I do another 10K at the Cowtown next year when I’m 80? Time will tell.” -K.B.

February and March has been full of community, connection, and celebration! 💙

From Dr. Stehly volunteering at Grace Medical Clinic—marking 7 years of NTO physicians serving the underserved—to our Therapy team bringing the fun with Rangers Day, Mix & Match, and Sports Day.🎉

We loved connecting at Chamber events across Southlake, Keller, Colleyville, and Metroport, hearing incredible patient testimonials, and being honored to hear from WWII Veteran Corporal Don Graves, who bravely fought at Iwo Jima.

Grateful for our community, our team, and the opportunities to serve!

“I am so pleased with how my surgery went. From knowing other people who have gone through the same procedure, I can truly say mine was incredibly successful because of Dr. Donegan. He is very skilled and extremely knowledgeable. Even something as specific as recommending I take 50 grams of protein daily moving forward showed how thorough and invested he is in his patients’ recovery. My surgery was on a Thursday, and by Wednesday I was walking through my place of work. I never needed a walker and never needed a cane. 🏈 PT kicked off February by celebrating the Super Bowl with a party!
🦆 The PT ducks have officially been returned—though the “ransom” involved even more shenanigans. 😉
🏙️ NTO attended the State of the Cities address at the Metroport Chamber luncheon, featuring mayors from Argyle, Justin, Northlake, Haslet, Roanoke, Trophy Club, and Westlake.
💼 We joined the Keller Chamber’s WISE (Women Inspiring Success & Empowerment) luncheon, where a fun vision board activity inspired meaningful conversation. NTO is proud to support and uplift local women in business.
🎤NTO also attended the Grapevine Chamber luncheon, where we heard the CEO and president of Trinity Metro speak.
