Recently some patients have inquired about the procedures at Enhanced Rejuvenation such as facial procedures that can be done to enhance their appearance as well as treatments to improve sexual health in preparation for an upcoming wedding or other significant event. These basic guidelines suggest lead times prior to optimum effectiveness:

Botox® or Xeomin® for facial wrinkles such as forehead lines, 11's and smile lines around the eyes : 4 weeks prior to event is optimal with a follow up evaluation 2 weeks prior for an assessment of result and "touch-up" if needed.

Micro-needling with or without PRP (smooths the facial skin and treats fine lines and wrinkles,) Vampire Facial: 2-4 weeks at least.

Enhanced Facial (Includes facial laser therapy) for optimum treatment of small scars, facial wrinkles, acne scars, slight sagging of skin of the face: 4-6 weeks. If the patient has more significant degree of changes success may require 2 - 3 treatments and in that case should begin first treatment 4- 6 months prior to event.

Ablative Fractional laser therapy (a more aggressive laser treatment utilized for patients with deeper wrinkles, scars, sun damage etc.): 4- 6 months. If more significant damage is present may require additional treatments over time with maximum improvement delayed up to 1 year.

Sexual health procedures
"O-shot®" for women to improve sexual responsiveness, satisfaction and improve urinary leakage that may occur with sexual activity, exercise, lifting, or coughing : 3-4 weeks.

Vaginal laser rejuvenation (Juliet laser) (may help with vaginal dryness, laxity, improvement in sexual satisfaction and or****ic response: 4 - 6 weeks.

"P-shot®' for men (used to improve sexual response, sensitivity, erectile function, and mild Peyrionis's disease): 3-4. months.

Hormonal replacement therapy: (Men and Women) If blood levels indicate need for hormonal replacement, 3 - 6 months of treatment would be advised to assess adequate treatment and response.
