Here's a good video for those kiddos (and parents) who want to know more about fractures. A fracture is a partial or complete break in the bone. There are many different types of fractures. Bone fractures are often caused by falls, trauma, or as a result of a direct blow or kick to the body. Overuse or repetitive motions can cause stress fractures.

Let’s build champions that last. 💪

Warm-Ups Aren’t Optional 🔥🧘‍♂️
Stretch, move, activate — before the game even begins!

💦 Swim Safe, Splash Smart! 🏊‍♀️☀️
Whether it's the pool, lake, or beach — water fun should never come with worry.
Here are 3 quick ways to stay safe:
✅ Always swim with a buddy

✅ Know your limits — no shame in floaties! 😄

We’re all about keeping little fish safe, strong, and smiling! 🐠💙
