You can be on top of a mountain and still have a long way to go... or fall. Therapists don't belong on pedestals.
As I reflect my personal growth process, building my business and promoting my offering to clients, I feel proud of how far I’ve come. Yet, being surrounded by certain situations reminds me that human development isn't something you finish just because you graduate.
Growth isn’t linear—it’s messy, humbling, and often most noticeable in the moments that challenge us the most. I’ve learned is that progress isn’t about perfection but about showing up, being honest with myself, and trusting the process.
