As we enter the Vata Season (fall, early winter), it’s good to stop and reassess where we are physically, mentally and spiritually, tune up our bodies and tune into what our spirit truly desires. This is an especially impactful time for those of us in the Vata stage of life (age 55+) as the Vata elements of air and ether are more active in our environment in this season. As we get older, our capacity to unite with spirit expands, our wisdom peaks and opportunities to be of service abound. But this is much easier to enjoy if we are in balance and living in harmony with our environment. The way we interact with our environment is through the senses.
