Here are some rainy day foot care tips:
~If you want to jump in some puddles, make sure you wear moisture wicking socks to help your skin dry quickly.
~Sprinkle a foot powder inside shoes or socks when wet feet are inevitable, this will help absorb the moisture...and the smells🤢👣

Spending the day at the SNMH Golf Classic. Nice to be in the community and get back to a sense of normal! Such a beautiful day for golf. There are bound to be some sore feet after 18 so you know where to go after!
