As mentioned previously, Kevin Ivey does volunteer treatment at our local Nevada Union High School; going to football, basketball, and volleyball practices to oversee the athletes. We have specialized programs for Women’s Health issues such as pelvic floor pain control and strengthening, pre and post partum exercises, incontinence, post breast cancer surgery, etc. As well as a highly trained lymphedema specialist offering lympadic massage and drainage, and also provides qi-gon classes and lymphedema self-care classes. We offer individual Back School education and Sport Performance enhancement programs. Pilates exercises in the rehab setting have become more popular and we are fortunate to have Kimberly Arnett and Cheree Smith to lead patients in this form of exercise. Both on mat and utilizing a “Reformer”. Here at Ivey we are commited to maintaining the highest standards, both in patient care and in business relationships. Our goal is to build upon these values and be the premier provider of rehabilitation services In the area.

One of the best baking tips ever 🧈. This really works as I’ve tried this a few times already!
If you need to soften butter quickly but don't want to MELT it, put boiling hot water in a glass to heat the glass. Dump the water out and flip it over your stick of butter. In a few minutes it will be perfectly soft to use!
