I'm partnering with the YMCA this year for our SUP Yoga Camp! June 19-21st in Emigrant Gap at the Bear Valley Camp. We will paddle on beautiful Fuller Lake, enjoy yoga on the water, the land and some campfire meditations. Think adult Summer Camp vibes!!! It is going to be magical! New Title Nine Recycled Clamber Hiking Pants! These are great! Stretchy, quick dry with 6 pockets! Two in the front, two on the sides and two zip pockets in the back. They have a cozy wide waist band and they cinch up on the legs!

I don't just teach on the water! It's a New Year and a wonderful time to add in a yoga practice! I teach Monday and Friday from 10-11. These classes are offered through the Gold Country YMCA best deal in town. All levels are welcome we keep it fun!!! You can register online or just show up and we will get you all set up.

As the SUP Yoga season comes to an end I enjoy reflecting back on all of the fun adventures. This season I hosted my first retreat, started teaching on Glide Fit Boards for the YMCA, started my merch business with my business partner Mick Sullivan paddled quite a few lakes turned some new people onto SUP and SUP Yoga!
