Jane V. Lee LMFT, is a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience providing compassionate, trauma-informed care. Jane has dedicated her career to helping individuals. Her passion for supporting others stems from years of working with a variety of populations, including survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, as well as individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression.
About My Clients
Jane works with clients from all walks of life, including the lasting impacts of trauma, relational difficulties, and persons facing co-occurring disorders. She is experienced in empowering survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault by creating a safe, supportive environment where healing can begin. Jane’s clients often seek therapy to regain a sense of control, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
My Approach and Benefits of Therapy
Jane uses evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Nonviolent Communication, and Mindfulness.
