I also want to highlight this amazing coach out of the UK. When the VA took too long to get me into PT, I took matters into my own hands. He has fantastic online programs that help you rehab your shoulder, neck, back, etc. it’s not a substitute for actual PT but will help you get back on your feet or into fitness faster. 🙌 .morrison.training
