Before and after of a pilon fracture after a motorcycle accident. Also one week out pictures of the skin closure. I like to use 2-0 Vicryl for deep, 3-0 Vicryl for subcutaneous and 4-0 monocryl for skin. I find that this helps the skin heal faster, decreasing the risk of infection. -Dr. Marc Claydon
