As a psychodynamic therapist with educational roots in Jungian Psychology, I believe that it is the unconscious that holds many keys to our overall wellness. To unlock this we look at dreams, images, metaphor, synchronicities, mythology, art, music, and the like, as the language of our unconscious. It is not always easy to understand this language, but together we can begin to decode the inner workings of your psyche. I honor that each person has their own journey and am committed to helping people work through their unique personal processes. From my perspective, people are complex and must be seen as whole beings with integrated physical, social, psychological, and spiritual qualities. I seek to help guide clients toward their own empowerment, growth, and healing. My belief in the therapeutic relationship includes bearing witness to one's process, which can be a powerful experience of awakening from habitual patterns that create internal struggle.

I’ve spent every spare moment I’ve had for the better part of two weeks building, editing, and tweaking my new shiny website ✨

It’s finally live.

This space reflects the work I care most about — depth psychology, shadow work, dreams, the body, and the deeper layers of the psyche, alongside the more subtle realms of energy and quantum awareness.

It’s really just me… stepping a little more fully into the light ✨

✨ The wound is not your weakness — it’s your way back to the sacred.

Every time it aches, it’s calling you home.

There is a kind of pain that isn’t meant to be fixed — only witnessed.
The wound opens where the light wants to enter,
and the ache is the pulse of something ancient, asking to be remembered.

When you lean into the places that hurt,
you’re not breaking — you’re returning.
The body remembers the temple.
The soul knows the way.
