Citizens for Choice was started in 1989, becoming a CA nonprofit in 2001. The Clinic!

It is dedicated to promoting reproductive justice, through healthcare access, education and advocacy. We strive to enable people to make informed, educated choices throughout their reproductive lives, including whether and when to bear a child, and we honor those choices. opened in May, 2006, in partnership with Women's Health Specialists (on Facebook ). lt offers a wide range of reproductive health and family planning services: pregnancy tests, birth control, IUDs, STI testing and treatment, early abortion care, referrals for prenatal care, adoption, gender affirming care and more.
