Gray Memorial Chapel recognizes for the sixth year those who served and sacrificed for our country on the Memorial Day. The laying of the wreaths at the Jones County Veterans Memorial is a timed honored tradition for E8 Senior Msster Sergeant Jerry Mansfield a long time employee of GMC. At 88 years young he honored his fellow comrades today. He served from 1956 to 1982 in the United States Air Force of which 14 years were in the Pacific to include, Hawaii, Guam, Johns notal, Philippians, Korea, Japan, Okinawa and North Africa. Jerry is a Jones County native and his late wife Janelle was born here. Thank you Jerry for your service to our country and this community.
