Fire Cider
Chopped large & fill canning jar
Ginger
Horseradish
Onion (skin on)
Garlic raw (anti kataril)
Hot pepper with seeds
Rosemary
Citrus with rinds
Cover all to the top with vinegar and cover with parchment paper before placing lid.
Add honey if you want.
Store with the parchment paper
Let sit a 2-4 of weeks. Shake regularly, then strain
