December 25, 2025, I decided it was time to start showing up for myself again. Not for perfection. Not for a quick fix. Just one decision at a time to support my health, energy, confidence, and long-term wellness. ✨
Today, I’m officially down 33.7 pounds.
From 190.3 lbs to 156.6 lbs in 150 days. 🤍
What’s mattered most to me hasn’t just been the number on the scale. It’s feeling stronger, more comfortable in my body, having more energy, and realizing how much consistency matters over time.
Over the last 14 days, I’ve also incorporated triGLP into my wellness routine and have personally lost 7.6 lbs during that timeframe. For me, it’s been a simple addition alongside focusing on nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, and daily habits that support my body instead of fighting against it.
This journey has reminded me that sustainable wellness doesn’t have to look extreme. Small changes really do add up. 🌿
