When I first began my path to healing many years ago, I was living the life of a sick, over stressed, intense navy sailor. Navy, I was forced to learn about health and well-b

eing because I was struggling and became sick and tired of being sick and tired. I understand most pain and discomfort because I have lived it myself. A workaholic - an intense athlete - a sick stressed product of chaotic surroundings - I understand most of the struggles you are facing. I believe you can turn your health and life around for the better. I love helping people transform their relationship with themselves from frustrated and overwhelmed to empowered and engaged. My strengths help others facilitate health and wellness from inside themselves, through increased awareness and education of self. I have now dedicated my life to helping others transform their spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. It is with joy I offer high-quality care that supports my client’s wellness in order to live more passionate, authentic lives. I was born and raised in the southern part of the United States, but have found the Pacific Northwest to be my home, mainly due to the community of friends who have become my family. When I’m not working, you’ll find me walking in nature, surfing, or reading. My connection to the earth is integral in maintaining a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

Born and raised in Tennessee, I embraced my unique name, Terrish, when I moved to Hawaii. Pronounced like “Cherish,” it symbolizes my journey of healing and transformation.
During my 20-year career in the U.S. Navy, I transitioned from a sick, stressed navy sailor to a beacon of health and wellness. As a former workaholic and intense athlete, I understand the struggles of feeling overwhelmed and disconnected.
I specialize in guiding individuals ready to shift from frustration to empowerment. Healing, to me, is about rediscovering wholeness and reclaiming energy and vitality. Through my expertise, I help others tap into their inner well-being, fostering a harmonious balance of body, heart, and mind.
Based in the Pacific Northwest, I have cultivated a community that feels like family. When not immersed in my work, you can find me tending to my garden, making music, or catching waves while surfing. My connection to nature is fundamental in nurturing a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
In 2020, I established Waves Reiki Retreat Center in Grayland, WA, a sanctuary born from a humble one-room location in Westport.
