I teach yoga as a lived practice—one that unfolds through breath, movement, and everyday experience. As both a teacher and lifelong student, my work is rooted in presence, self-awareness, and accountability to the practice itself.
Over the years, my journey has been shaped by consistent study, personal practice, meaningful teaching experiences, and continued education that deepen my understanding of the body, mind, and nervous system. Through this growth, yoga has become a powerful tool for detoxifying the body, building strong foundational strength, and cultivating physical alignment that supports stability and ease.
Yoga has also been a steady guide in learning how to regulate the nervous system, develop mental resilience, and make healthier, more intentional life choices. I teach with an emphasis on grounding—physically and energetically—helping students feel supported, centered, and connected within themselves.
My intention is to offer a calming, grounded space where students can strengthen self-trust, build self-esteem, and move with clarity rather than force. I invite each student to meet themselves with curiosity and compassion, honoring progress, integration, and sustainable growth both on and off the mat.
