Hello my beautiful followers!

Life update. This month of August has been a whirlwind. My uncle passed away which lead to a few days of being out of town for that, down to 1 car with 1 in the bodyshop, I have been in the doctors a few times and hospital,
I had an emergency surgery done yesterday on my cervix & uterus.... long story but I am doing better & will be ok.. O and school starts next week so trying to get everything done for our son.
Shooting for some wonderful big changes & plans to come in September though!!

Unfortunately there will be no poundfit tonight, it will pick back up in sept.
We still have yoga Wednesdays, Tai Chi the 28th & the salt room is open for appointments.
