CLEANING TECHNICIAN I

Qualifications:
Solid work history
Good people skills.
Ability and willingness to communicate
detail oriented and well organized
Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
valid driver’s License and clean driving record
Must be 18 years of age
Must be a valid U.S. citizen
Experience with manual labor
Willing to be flexible with scheduling and work during the day

Responsibilities:
General cleaning, including, but not limited to: trash removal; dusting; cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors; window washing; other duties as assigned. Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client at each location.
Completing work to standard.
Being to work on scheduled days and hours.
Physical Requirements:
Work in a fast paces environment where good physical and mental health is required.
Ability to bend, turn, stoop, stand, reach high and low, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for 3 to 8 hours per shift.
