finally visited in person and felt like a kid in a candy shop 🍩

this place is seriously a dream for gluten free people! I am so impressed by their options. they also have a ton of dairy free and vegan options 👏🏻

I had the pretzel bagel (so good) with tofu cream cheese and the lemon blueberry fritter 🫐 both were sooo yummy, I’m still thinking about that fritter days later 💭

one of the coolest spots I visited during my NYC trip was 🍕

they have such an impressive variety of gluten free options, and they’re open until 4am!!!! it was so fun to be able to grab a snack after seeing a show nearby

the chicken tenders were crunchy and juicy, we all couldn’t believe they were gf and df! this is a must try - they also just opened a second location in Chelsea 🥳

this was love at first sight (when I saw gluten free crust and vegan cheese available at no extra charge on their menu) 🍕

one of the owners of is gluten free, so she understands the importance of offering options for everyone! the pizzas are baked on wax paper and elevated wire screens so they don’t touch the shared oven - I put their full safety measures on FMGF but always ask questions before ordering!

the best cookie finally made gluten free!!!! (why isn’t there a sugar cookie emoji) the iconically fluffy lofthouse cookie is now gf + df, recipe below ⬇️

Cookie Ingredients -

1/2 cup non-dairy butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp tapioca starch
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cup gluten free flour

Frosting Ingredients -

1/2 cup non-dairy butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
A few drops of food coloring
2 cups powdered sugar
Festive sprinkles

Preheat oven to 375F. Beat vegan butter then add in powdered sugar. Then mix in eggs, almond extract and vanilla. In another bowl mix all dry ingredients together. Then fold into the first mixture. roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Put in fridge for 7 minutes, then gently press on the tops of the dough balls and round out the edges as needed. Bake for 5-6 minutes until no longer glossy then let cool for 10 minutes on a cooling rack.

Make frosting by beating butter until fluffy, then mix in vanilla and a few drops of food coloring. Beat in powdered sugar, 1cup at a time. Once fluffy, frost your cookies and add sprinkles as desired. Enjoy!

wowowow these amaretti from might be my new favorite cookie 🍪 the best part is that they’re gluten free and dairy free!

these flavors are incredible, each one was so unique and flavorful! you know it’s good when you can smell the cookies as soon as you open the package 🤤

the raspberry was my favorite, but you can’t go wrong with any of these! comment which flavor you would try first ☝️

one of my fave breakfasts is this GLUTEN FREE QUICHE🍳- so easy to make and you can customize however you want! it’s also great for a group or meal prep for the week (reheats well🔥)

Ingredients (can swap in protein & veg of choice):

1 gluten free pie crust
4 eggs
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
3 small sausage links, sliced
1/8 cup non-dairy cheese, shredded
1/4 cup vegetables, diced
A dash of salt, pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375F. Follow pie crust prep instructions for the crusts you have and set aside. Sauté sausage and diced vegetables together until tender. Meanwhile, layer cheese at the bottom of the crust. In a separate bowl mix eggs, milk and spices together. Add sausage and vegetables to each crust and then pour egg mixture on top. Bake for 45 minutes until no longer runny. The quiche should be firm, but still jiggly so it does not dry out. Let cool for a couple minutes and enjoy!

Can you believe these HAM & CHEESE ROLLS are gluten free and dairy free? 🧀 they’re basically like stuffed crescent rolls & I’m obsessed

Ingredients:
Puff pastry, room temp
Shredded cheese
Sliced ham, cut into quarters
Egg wash

Preheat oven to 425F. Slice puff pastry into 6 even rectangles, then cut diagonally into triangles. Place a pinch of cheese at the base of each. Then add a piece or two of ham along base, depending on size. Roll from the wider side to the point until fully wrapped. Repeat for each piece. Brush with egg wash and cook for 20-25 min until golden. Enjoy warm!

say bye to the pizza bagel and hello to PIZZA BUNS 🍕 they’re easy to make, plus they’re gluten-free + dairy-free!

Ingredients:

6 pack Hawaiian rolls
12 slices of pepperoni
3 slices of cheese, cut into 4 squares
1/4 cup melted butter with 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Oregano + basil
Parmesan flakes
Marinara

Slice two slots in each bun, but do not cut all the way through. Place a piece of pepperoni and cheese on each space. Brush on melted garlic butter and sprinkle spices on top. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, then sprinkle parmesan on top. Dip in marinara sauce & enjoy! You can also prep these in advance and bake them when you’re ready. Sooo easy 🙌🏻😍
