👉 Sports medicine is never a dull moment! Check out CSM athlete .g14 improving his shoulder stabilization against good resistance while incorporating core control in plank position!

👉 Athletes need to have control of multiple body regions at once, so only targeting one area at a time before returning to sport/activity can be a disservice to their rehab.

👉 CSM physical therapists are trained to take your return to sport control to the next level, and will not simply discharge you for raising your arm overhead! We want to improve and injury AND prevent it from coming back with the demands of your sport!
