Notice of Closure
Due to continued adverse weather and hazardous road conditions, Pathways Carter Adult Day Training will be closed on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. This decision has been made out of an abundance of caution to ensure the safety of the individuals we serve and our staff.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage everyone to remain safe during this time.

Due to continued severe weather and road conditions the Pathways Carter County Adult Day Training center in Grayson, KY will be closed on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

For the safety of our consumers and staff, Pathways Outpatient and Administrative offices will be closed again tomorrow, January 27th. Appointments scheduled this day may still be provided through telehealth. If this is an option for you, a provider will contact you with more information. Our CRRU East & West locations will REMAIN OPEN.

December is shaping up to be a very busy month at the ADT. (Weather permitting) We are looking forward to the Christmas season.

Our Christmas in July celebration was filled with fun and games, as well as cookies and snow cones!!!! All our elves, along with Saint Nick had a snowball throwing, cookie eating, Christmas Karaoke holiday blast!
