Our founder, Alex, noticed there weren’t any heated-style yoga studios in the area. She decided to remedy this by opening Greenhouse Yoga in 2017. Here, you’ll find a sense of community the moment you come in for a heated yoga class. We believe in creating connections between people and with oneself through your practice. Our approach to yoga focuses on empowering you to live your fullest expression through mindful movement, inspired instruction, and fun. We can’t wait for you to come be part of our community!
